The Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a woman who’s wanted in connection to a baby overdose.

Brittany Wood of Eddington, 36, has a warrant out for her arrest after an investigation connecting her to the overdose on May 31st in Eddington.

Wood is wanted for domestic violence aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

Wood happens to be a member of the RSU 63 school board.

Police say they’ve attempted to contact Wood, but she hasn’t turned herself in.
