Portland city officials are looking for feedback as they look to overhaul Franklin Arterial.

According to the Portland Press Herald, the city has unveiled a draft concept to make the artery that runs through the downtown more neighborhood-centered and pedestrian friendly.

The city is asking for public feedback before the plan is finalized.

An open house was scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Thursday at the Portland Public Library.
