Police responded to shots fired Monday evening near Bartlett and Walnut Streets to find a 21-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the leg.

Police say the shooting was not random, with witnesses telling officers a fight broke out before the shots were fired.

20-year-old Ethan Parilla of Lewiston was arrested and charged with attempted murder and assault.
